How It Works: Capturing your legacy
- Receive Your Question Guide
We’ll email you a comprehensive list of 100 thoughtfully crafted questions. These prompts are designed to draw out your philosophy of life, memories, humor, wisdom, and emotions.
- Reflect and Record
Review each question in advance. Take your time to think through your answers—pause whenever you need to gather your thoughts.
- Self-Record at Your Own Pace
Using our secure platform, record your responses in video (and/or audio) format. You decide when and where—no appointments or live calls required.
- Upload & Review
Once you’re done, simply upload your recordings. You’ll have the chance to preview them and re-record any answers until you’re completely satisfied.
Offline Secure Storage & AI Training
• End-to-End Encryption – From the moment you press “Record,” your audio and video are encrypted with industry-leading, AES-256 standards. Even during AI processing, your files remain in a secure, closed environment—no external servers, no potential leaks.
• Offline Vault Storage – Once your recordings are processed into your personalized avatar, they’re sealed away in an offline “vault” with multi-layer physical and digital safeguards. Access requires authenticated approval from designated emergency contacts only after your specified release conditions are met.
• You Retain Full Control – At any time before activation, you can review, update, or permanently delete your recordings and AI model. We’ll never use your data for training other projects, and we’ll never share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

- To ensure your digital presence remains accurate and secure, we will check in with you every 6 months. During these check-ins, you can:
- Update your information to keep your EverSoul AI up to date.
- Make changes to your emergency contact or activation preferences.
- Emergency Contact Requirement:
- You will need to provide an emergency contact who will verify your passing and ensure that EverSoul is activated responsibly.
