1. EverSoul AI avatars will NEVER be created or activated while the person is alive.

• All recorded data is securely stored offline and remains completely inactive during the person’s lifetime.
• Only after official confirmation of passing will the AI begin the process of creating the avatar.

To ensure a healthy grieving process and avoid emotional dependency:

• EverSoul avatars will be sent to the designated family members exactly one year after the person’s passing.
• This one-year period is designed to allow loved ones to process their grief naturally, preventing emotional stagnation or denial.
• By delivering the avatar after one year, we aim to provide a meaningful connection that honors memories without interfering with the natural healing process.

• EverSoul is not intended to replace grief counseling or professional emotional support.
• It is designed to provide comfort, wisdom, and a sense of presence while respecting the emotional journey of loss.

• All data is stored offline and will never be shared, sold, or accessed online.
• Only authorized family members will receive access, as designated by the user.
