• Once the AI avatar is activated one year after the individual’s passing, a yearly subscription fee of $149 will apply for continued access.

• Non-Payment of the Yearly Fee: If the subscription is not renewed, access to the EverSoul AI avatar will be temporarily suspended until the fee is paid.

• Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time before activation. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
